Description
Ground coffee smells of roasted Spanish peanut, with cane sugar hint in the lighter roast level, with more caramelized sugar, milk chocolate and peanut brittle at a more medium roast. Tree nuts, almond/almond butter, are dominant in the wet aroma, with a bittersweet note of Ghirardelli drinking chocolate. Lighter roasts foreground the almond butter roast taste, paired well with thick dense body. The acidity is low, but nutty tones fill in to give the cup. There’s a malt sugar sweetness with cocoa bittering tones come into play pairing well with the roasted almond.
